Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Prune. They form a contract between you and Prune. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Prune, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Prune on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Eligibility and authority
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and have the authority to connect any email account you add. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and any policies that apply to your accounts.
Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Connected email accounts
Prune works with email accounts you choose to connect through supported providers. You authorize Prune to access and act on those accounts consistent with the permissions you grant and your settings. You may disconnect an account at any time.
Description of the service
Prune helps organize and declutter communication by analyzing communication patterns and sender activity to provide recommendations. The Service may change over time as features are added, modified, or removed.
Beta, preview, and experimental features
Some features may be offered as beta or preview and may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. They are provided as-is, and we may collect feedback to improve them.
Subscription plans
Prune may offer free and paid plans with different capabilities and limits. Plan details, including any limits on connected inboxes, are described at sign-up or in your account.
Billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically unless cancelled. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in your plan terms.
